- Prepare of main.
- Prepare 1/2 kg of chicken legs.
- You need 5 piece of garlic.
- Prepare 7 piece of red garlic.
- You need 3 piece of fresh bay leaf.
- Prepare 15 piece of chilli.
- It's 1 liter of coconut milk.
- It's 1 of banana leaf.
- It's 1/2 tbsp of salt.
- You need 1/2 tsp of sugar.
Garang asem solo step by step
- Wash the chicken legs until clean and then dry it with paper towel..
- Cut the garlic and the red garlic in a thin slice,wash and dry.
- Cut the chilliin thin slice too ,wash and dry.
- Take a heat resistant dish,governance the banana leaf around the plate(if there is no banana leaf there is ok if you are not used it)..
- Then put the chicken leg into the dish/plate,then put it the garlic, red garlic, chilli, fresh bay leaves and then the coconut milk into the dish/plate, give salt n sugar,and then steam it in a steamer.
- Taste it until you feel that the taste fit with your tongue, and then steam at about 1 hour/until the chicken soft. Then take it into bowl..ready to eat.
