  1. Prepare of main.
  2. Prepare 1/2 kg of chicken legs.
  3. You need 5 piece of garlic.

  6. Prepare 15 piece of chilli.
  7. It's 1 liter of coconut milk.
  8. It's 1 of banana leaf.
  9. It's 1/2 tbsp of salt.

Garang asem solo step by step

  1. Wash the chicken legs until clean and then dry it with paper towel..
  2. Cut the garlic and the red garlic in a thin slice,wash and dry.
  3. Cut the chilliin thin slice too ,wash and dry.
  4. Take a heat resistant dish,governance the banana leaf around the plate(if there is no banana leaf there is ok if you are not used it)..
  5. Then put the chicken leg into the dish/plate,then put it the garlic, red garlic, chilli, fresh bay leaves and then the coconut milk into the dish/plate, give salt n sugar,and then steam it in a steamer.
  6. Taste it until you feel that the taste fit with your tongue, and then steam at about 1 hour/until the chicken soft. Then take it into bowl..ready to eat.
